My oscilloscope has a diagnostic error+ T1311+ T1321+ T1331. What does this indicate?

These diagnostic error codes indicate a problem with RAM IC’s U510 and U511. Error code T1331 indicates a problem with the battery back-up for U500 and U511.
Due to the age of these products, replacement parts are no longer available. Repairs on these products are available from Tektronix Service on a best effort basis.
