My oscilloscope has a diagnostic error+ E3111. What does this indicate?

This diagnostic error indicates a problem with the Temperature Sensor and its associated circuitry (U120, U610 and U612)
Due to the age of these products, replacement parts are no longer available. Repairs on these products are available from Tektronix Service on a best effort basis.
