How can I get and install firmware updates for the DPO4000/MSO4000 scope??

Firmware updates to correct firmware bugs and provide product improvements are available free through Tektronix Service and on the Tektronix.com website in the Download Finder.
The installation instructions and release notes for the firmware upgrade are found on the download page.
