For HDMI cable tests+ do I need to conduct the TP1 mask test every time I run the cable eye diagram?

Réponses :

No it is not required. If you are conducting the cable eye diagram test for many cables, initially create the worst eye diagram at TP1. After conducting the Test at TP2, before proceeding to another cable follow these steps:

  • Select > Cable eye diagram
  • In Configure select TP2 only
  • Connect the new cable
  • Run the measurement.
  • You can get the report for the TP2 test point.
