Using the HT3 software+ I couldn't connect the AWG and DTG+ when I click the test connection the "Connection failure" message box is appears. What can I do?

Following tips helps to troubleshoot the test setup:
  • Check the AWG and DTG’s GPIB connection
  • Check the GPIB bus timing value in the NI Measurement Automation explorer.
  • Try communicating to the device using the NI Measurement automation explorer.
  • Check the NI driver’s installation.
